1) Scope

These Terms govern your access to the ArenaCore website and any pre-sales materials, calculators, quote outputs, and forms (the “Site”). Licensing of ArenaCore software is not granted by these Terms — licensing is provided only through a signed license agreement.

2) No License by Default

• No implied license. No rights to ArenaCore code, tooling, or proprietary assets are granted without a written agreement.
• Quotes are non-binding. Configurator outputs and price estimates are indicative and may change after technical review.

3) Intellectual Property

• ArenaCore trademarks, logos, artwork, and materials remain the property of ArenaCore (or its licensors).
• You may not copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, or create derivative works from ArenaCore materials without written permission.
• Any “Case Study: VERSUS” mention is purely demonstrative and does not confer rights to VERSUS materials.

4) Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the Site.
• Do not submit false leads, spam, or malicious content through forms.
• Do not use the Site in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

5) Disclaimers

• The Site is provided “as is” and may contain previews, placeholders, or estimates.
• ROI calculators use user-provided assumptions and do not guarantee financial outcomes.

6) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArenaCore is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or reliance on estimates. Any software licensing liability is governed only by the signed license agreement.

7) Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Site or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date indicates the latest revision.
